Hi Everyone,
I hope the month of June treated you well. This month a few new people have joined the Nuflow Tarot mailing list. I met them at the Redbridge Green Fair and the Fairlop Summer fair. Welcome to my monthly reading. Please do not hesitate to give me feedback. As you already know but I am keen to repeat once in a while, my readings are for guidance and getting clarity on particular issues you may be facing on your journey through life. I hope this reading will help to support you as you progress through July. The obvious one that the cards do not need to tell me: enjoy the sun. Absorb as much of its rays as you can to build up that vitamin D, the happy vitamin. Alright. Lets get straight down to it: Love: Be very careful how you handle information given to you. Do not pass on any word for which you have not first checked the true value. Do not believe gossip about your loved ones until you have established whether they are genuine. Follow your gut feeling and let go of the influence from others. They will not truly know nor understand what you are going through. Even in happiness. No one can clearly know about what is going on apart from the people involved directly in the relationship. And as of course it is not always easy to rely solely on ourselves to move forward in the most positive way, sorting things out in love matters will require you to really take the time to find peace inside and to maybe change your perspective on things. Not all is going to be as bad as it seems, it might even be that all is going to be good, but in order to realise that, you may at times need to look at things differently. To remove yourself from the equation so that you can become more objective in your way of approaching people and events... Work: use this month, and especially the summer weather and easier access to relaxing places, at your advantage to help deal with daily work related stress. When feeling the pressure why not a walk in nature? A swim? Or even some sunbathing in the garden or on the balcony. I find meditation incredibly helpful to bring down the tension and frustration and to cool off the mind heat. Right now with the summer there is so much that can be used as tool for mindfulness. The flower smells in the park, the sun rays on the skin. The taste of a yummy juicy fruit. When is the last time you noticed any of this? Be careful, at times when you may not be able to refrain from acting upon frustrations, that you do not trap yourself into needing too much reminder of your own value. We all have moments of weakness and we all at times fill with self doubt, but be careful that we run the risk, this month, of things getting out of hands because we are seeking so much valuing from others. When feeling we have a tendency to head into that direction, it might be good to try to forget about others valuing us/or not, and to find the freedom in ourselves to get out there, whether we work as part of a team, have to deal with customers or are self employed, or even if we are seeking a job... without care of what people may think. Family: family life will be close and tight for most of us. However there may be quite a bit of pressure felt as if everyone was watching you. Waiting to see what yoy are up to and what to do next. And where it can feel great to know there is love, care, support there, it may often feel like it comes as a cost. Sometimes the people closest to us are the ones who understand us the least. So, one of the most direct ways of limiting this pressure is to maintain a distance before it starts to prevent us from moving forward. And when that is not enough it will be about finding within ourselves the freedom. Some of us do not have the luxury to physically hold ourselves away from the people who mean well but are overpowering. So it is about finding freedom within our heart while still close to the people who are watching over us. Finding the place within us that allows to say i am who I am and I am doing what I am doing because that is me and that is what I want. It may not always be as hard as we may think. I wish you a happy month of July. I will follow my own advice and go out into the sun more as well as moving forward with my meditation practice. What are you going to do for yourself this month?
